Tenancy arrangement costs:

Tenancy paperwork (including RTR checks) £300
Landlord withdrawal fee £300
Other fees to consider all tenancy types:  
Change of sharer current tenancy  £300
Tenancy renewal paperwork  £180
Serving notices (inc in management service) £75
Vacant managment (2 visits) £200 per month
Interest on unpaid fees due 3% above Bank of England base rate
Arranging management works over £1,000 12% of net costs of work
Payments of any service charges     £100
Meeting of any third parties £100 per visit
Directors court attendance fee £250 per hour
Recovering’s deposits through TDS adjudication £100 per hour
Consolidated statements £25 per statement
Extra property management visits (manage service only) £75 per additional visit
Making payments outside the UK £30
Key cutting £15 per key
